In order to protect privacy of our customers, we have established the following policy: Your personal information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card numbers, will never be sold or given to a third party. This information will remain the sole property of New Kor and used only to help us serve you better.

If you wish to change any of your personal information, you can do so at any time by going to "My Account". Click on the feature you wish to modify: Login Info, Business Info, Payment Info or Shipto Info. You will be able to change any of this information.


CLAIMS

If merchandise is found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be requested within 7 days from date of invoice. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT will be issued. There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.



RETURN OR CANCELLATION

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Any cancellations after change in status from NEW or failure to accept delivery will result in a restocking fee of 15%.

RETURN POLICY

We will exchange any defective items if we are notified of damage within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Failure to accept delivery or unauthorized returned merchandise will result in a restocking fee of 15%.


Shipping
